People often ask me: when should I get in touch with you? As a general rule, you should enquire about your preferred date as soon as your venue is confirmed. Those who like to plan ahead in detail may find this information helpful:
Special dates such as Friday, 29/6/29 are especially popular with wedding couples. Otherwise, most celebrations take place on Fridays and Saturdays. During the season (May-September), Jugendweihe ceremonies, community and public festivals, garden parties, the vast majority of weddings and also more birthday parties take place. If you want to secure your date, book me 6-12 months in advance. Outside the season (October-April), 1-3 months should usually be enough. Even so, it is always worth sending an enquiry, and the easiest way is via Contact.
The peak season is drawing to a close. From autumn onwards, the quieter off-season begins, with a booking lead time of 1 to 3 months. Ask now, in a relaxed way, about preferred dates for birthdays, the Halloween party and Christmas parties through to the end of the year. It is also a good time to start planning your New Year's Eve party. Anyone planning to celebrate between May and September next year can also start coordinating preferred dates now, without any pressure.
A successful event needs more than good music. What really matters is careful preparation, clear coordination and a technical setup that suits the occasion, the number of guests and the overall flow.
