My Prices for DJ Fee and Equipment
As you probably know, the range of DJ prices can be very wide. Here I would like to give you some guidance for planning your budget. If you need a binding figure, get in touch and request my quote.
In short: The price for an event depends on how long you book me and how extensive the required equipment needs to be, whether sound, lighting or anything else.
If your venue is equipped with PA technology, you can book me for what is often called a suitcase job. If not, you will also need a sound package with speakers, and for a complete mobile disco you will need lighting effects as well, at least a lighting controller and one lighting package.
DJ fees
DJ package for up to 5 hours of playing time. Included are digital playback equipment, a wireless microphone, a final call, and travel costs on the event day.
How intensively I prepare the music and schedule with you is defined by the three options below.
Final call by phone (up to 60 min.) and musical preparation: your preferred mainstream genres plus up to 10 guaranteed song requests.
Ideal for relaxed celebrations with a free-flowing schedule where the music carries the mood and spontaneous transitions are welcome – e.g. Geburtstagsfeier, Gartenparty, Vereinsfeier, Jubiläum im kleinen Rahmen, lockere Firmenfeier.
Final call by phone (up to 60 min.) and intensive preparation (up to 150 min.) for music genres, guaranteed song requests, timing schedules, and announcements/moderation.
Ideal for events with clear music requests or special moments where the selection should feel truly tailored – e.g. Hochzeit (Partyteil), Motto-Party, Firmenevent mit Branding/Playlist-Schwerpunkten, runder Geburtstag mit Wunschliste, Event mit festen Programmpunkten (Eröffnung, Torte, Überraschung).
In-person final meeting (up to 240 minutes) including a travel flat rate, plus intensive preparation (up to 150 min.) for music genres, guaranteed song requests, schedules, and announcements/moderation.
Ideal for larger or formal events with a fixed timeline, multiple stakeholders, and a high need for coordination – e.g. Gala, Ball, große Hochzeit mit Dienstleister-Team, Corporate Event, Award-/Bühnenprogramm, Event mit mehreren Acts (Band/Live-Act/Reden/Showeinlagen) und moderierten Zeitfenstern.

Sound system for rooms with up to 50 people, consisting of 2× RCF full-range speakers, each mounted on a tripod stand.

Additional pair of speakers for side rooms or weather-protected outdoor areas, each mounted on a tripod stand. Signal transmission via wireless set (range under ideal conditions up to 100 m). A separate power outlet at the setup location is required.

➥ Lighting effects, ambience
The base is a MaestroDMX by Limbic Media – intelligent lighting that dances to the music. Automatic light control like a professional – depending on the lighting package you book. Controlled by smart technology that reacts like artificial intelligence – without a lighting technician.
The package also includes a 5G internet router and 1 or 2 haze machines (depending on room size), because haze enhances the lighting effects. This package controls all lighting packages listed below. Choose yourself or follow my recommendation.
