Book a Photo Booth for Your Event

Of course there are cheaper providers. They send everything to your home for self-assembly, you bring it to the venue on the day of your event and set it up yourself. After the party, you also have to dismantle it yourself, even when alcohol and tiredness have kicked in. Then on the next working day, after work, you still need to take everything to the post office and return it. And we are not talking about a shoebox here — equipment like this weighs around 20 to 25 kg. With me, you do not have to carry anything or study setup and operating instructions; you can simply enjoy your event from start to finish without worries.

On top of that, high-quality components ensure reliable operation and good-quality photos — all without overheating and forced breaks, which are not uncommon with cheap offers.

As soon as the booked number of photos has been printed, no further photos will be printed. If you want additional prints, you can simply book more. The respective quantity of extra prints and the price will be included in your quotation. You can of course add more more than once if needed. That way, there are no hidden cost surprises.

The photo booth should be placed about 2 metres away from the background. A dark, neutral background (for example curtains, rustic brickwork or wood panelling) is recommended, because it makes the colours of the props look more brilliant.

Altogether, the photo booth with printer and fabric backdrop requires an area of around 3 x 3 metres. A standard power socket should be nearby.

If the photo booth is to be set up outdoors, you must provide a roofed cover, because the booth is not weather-protected. A gazebo with 3 side walls and a minimum height of 2.5 metres would be suitable.

Yes, in principle you can also book the photo booth without the printer. Technically, that is no problem at all, so the photos are simply taken and stored digitally.

In my experience, however, instant printing is a real highlight for many guests, because they get a keepsake in their hands right away and the photo booth becomes even more fun. The package price also remains the same without the printer, so there is no cost saving.

A template is simply the print design into which the photos from a session are placed. There are funny templates as well as more formal ones. The number of photos in a session, between 1 and 4, depends on the photo frames in the template. It’s best to have a look for yourself on the provider’s website.
