1. Name and Contact Details of the Data Controller

This privacy policy is intended to inform customers, interested parties and users of my websites about the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by Jens-Peter Weismantel, Nordstraße 2, 15344 Strausberg, Germany as a business owner. I take data protection very seriously and treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

The personal data collected will be stored until the statutory retention periods for merchants expire (6, 8 or 10 years after the end of the calendar year in which the contractual relationship ended) and will then be deleted. This does not apply if I am obliged to store the data for a longer period due to tax or commercial law retention obligations (according to the German Commercial Code (HGB) or the German Fiscal Code (AO)) or if you have consented to storage beyond this period.

I have no influence on this process. This data cannot be assigned to specific persons. It is not merged with other data sources. However, I reserve the right to check this data retrospectively if specific indications of unlawful use become known to me.
