Mobile DJ for Meyenburg
An ideal DJ for an event in Meyenburg should be someone you would not only book, but someone you could genuinely imagine as a guest at your own celebration. So no forced showmanship, no awkward permanent grin on command, and no microphone work that makes the champagne reception quietly give up and leave.
What you will find here instead is a mobile DJ who believes in personal planning, suitable sound and lighting, and one clear goal: your celebration should not feel interchangeable. The evening should fit you – not some ready-made concept from the drawer labelled “it will probably do somehow”.
What the evening is really about
Most enquiries are not about some abstract “event” at all, but about very specific celebrations: weddings, birthdays, family parties, club events or perhaps a summer gathering where people want more than just standing around politely with a drink in hand.
That is exactly why the first conversation should not be about playlists, but about the occasion itself. Depending on who is celebrating, what is being celebrated and how the evening is meant to feel, the result will either come together nicely – or simply end up being a date with speakers.
Who I am
My name is Jens-Peter Weismantel. I first started gaining experience as a DJ back in 1992, and later spent many years as a radio DJ in web radio. Since 2015 I have been self-employed under the name Mobiler Musikservice, providing music for celebrations where the soundtrack should not merely run in the background, but genuinely fit the occasion.
What matters to me is that a celebration should not follow some standard pattern that could simply be thrown over any group of guests. Every person is different, so every evening may look different as well. What do you want for your event? That is the question worth discussing properly, rather than relying on ready-made concepts.
When to enquire
The most sensible time to enquire is as soon as your venue in Meyenburg is confirmed. During the main season from May to September, a lead time of roughly 6 to 12 months is a good guide. Outside that season, 1 to 3 months is often enough. Enquiring earlier still never hurts – it merely saves you the frustration of hoping for a date that may already be gone.
The warmer months bring weddings, Jugendweihe celebrations, summer parties and birthday celebrations. The peak season starts in May. For celebrations in May and June, it is now high time to enquire; for events from July to September, you should not wait any longer either.
Frequently booked as DJ for:
➥ Family celebrations
A family celebration is not a club night and it is not a musical vending machine either. That is exactly what makes it interesting, because guests arrive with completely different expectations and should still end up celebrating together.

The classic occasion is of course a birthday, often a milestone one. But it can just as easily be a confirmation, coming of age, anniversary or simply a family gathering where people want something more than coffee and cake. For me that means looking closely, staying musically flexible and not pretending forty guests will automatically share the same three favourite songs.
Some people imagine the DJ’s job to be surprisingly simple: press a button, music plays, dance floor full. If only it worked that way, I could take a lot more breaks. Especially at private celebrations, the real work lies in bringing together very different guests musically without the evening falling apart.
In Meyenburg, that is no different from anywhere else. There too, people with very different ideas of party music sit around one table, and in the end as many of them as possible should feel that the evening suited them properly.
➥ Wedding celebrations
A wedding is also just a private celebration with family and friends. And no, it absolutely is not. Because unlike almost any other party, you do not want to end the night thinking it could all have been better with a little more planning.

What I mean by that slightly confusing opening is simple: weddings demand even more care than an ordinary family celebration. Quite rightly, couples aim for a very high level of perfection, because unlike a birthday party that went slightly wrong, you cannot just say, “We will do it better next year.” This day is meant to be uniquely beautiful.
That is exactly why every wedding is something special to me as a DJ. I prefer to prepare weddings together with the couple in a personal meeting at the venue itself. In that final conversation we go through every highlight of the celebration so as little as possible is left to chance and typical planning mistakes can be avoided. I also speak with the person taking on the role of toastmaster so that guests planning surprises get the support they need as well.
Anyone looking for a wedding DJ has usually already answered the biggest question about the celebration: the right venue. Often it is already booked, sometimes there is still a shortlist with two or three beautiful places nearby. Bekemühle Wedding Barn in Dannenwalde may well be one of them. In any case, The district of Prignitz offers plenty of options, and it is wise to enquire about the DJ as soon as the venue becomes more concrete.
Weddings in Brandenburg – between tradition and dream venues
In Brandenburg, nature is never far away. For many couples that makes the region especially attractive for weddings, because the surroundings already bring a kind of calm and openness that no decoration concept can fake.
That naturally influences the choice of location as well. From country estates and manor houses to venues by the water, many couples prefer places where the celebration feels connected to the landscape rather than shut off from it.
There is also a noticeable shift in style. Instead of trying to stage the perfect fairy-tale wedding, many couples now prefer something more grounded, rustic and individual. Brick barns and converted rural spaces fit that mood perfectly and often offer the flexibility modern wedding celebrations really need.
➥ Karaoke
Karaoke – or if you like カラオケ – is exactly the sort of party fun where harmless excitement suddenly turns into a deeply committed version of “I know the chorus!”.

Especially at relaxed celebrations, not every minute needs to be tightly choreographed. Sometimes all it takes is a microphone, the right song and one guest who can either sing surprisingly well or with excellent confidence do the exact opposite. In both cases, entertainment is guaranteed.
The karaoke package includes around 300 songs from evergreen classics to newer chart material, two wireless microphones, a monitor on a stand for the lyrics, playback through my DJ sound system and of course title lists so that people do not have to spend ten minutes debating what can actually be sung.
You can find the current price for adding the karaoke package to your party in Meyenburg here: 69,00 EUR.
One important point, though: this is an add-on to your DJ event. The karaoke package cannot be booked on its own and it is not a rental toaster for the weekend either.
➥ Sports festivals
A sports festival does not need to sound like a constant party all day long. But complete silence between competitions, award ceremonies and the sausage stand is rarely a great help to the atmosphere either.

Especially at school sports days, club events or smaller tournaments, it helps enormously when announcements are clear, music appears at the right moments and the whole thing does not sound as though somebody balanced an old kitchen speaker on the sprinkler system at short notice.
For smaller sports grounds and sports halls, I bring suitable sound reinforcement myself. Wireless microphones for announcements, award ceremonies or a commentator are also no problem. And if the site is larger than my usual setup can sensibly cover, the whole thing can be scaled up via a partner company instead of producing half-baked nonsense.
Music can help hold such a day together: before the start, during breaks, at award ceremonies or exactly at those moments when the energy on site begins to dip. And if there is a celebration afterwards, I am naturally happy to remain on site as DJ for that part as well.
➥ Corporate events
A corporate event does not automatically have to sound like a standing table, a name badge and tired small talk on industrial carpet. It can be relaxed, sound good and feel like a real event rather than an obligatory appointment with a drinks voucher.

Whether it is a summer party, Christmas event, open day, anniversary or product presentation, the point is usually not simply that some music is playing in the room. What matters is clear sound for announcements, as little microphone chaos as possible and a feel for when things should stay subtle and when they are allowed to become more lively.
For that I bring suitable sound and lighting for speech and music, wireless microphones for hosting or speeches if needed and the experience to support a business framework without killing it through awkward over-entertainment. If the event is meant to become more relaxed later on, the music can switch with it. And if the event grows beyond what normal room or site coverage can sensibly handle, extra capacity can be added via a partner company.
